I was embarrassed as it was Brad that came to do the inspection. He had his hair pulled back and I thought he might be a different person. Should have known better as he explained everything he was doing and why. Also, he knew that I change my furnace filter monthly. He was, as usual, very thorough and fussy to make sure that things were done properly. Really happy with the work but embarrassed as said above, did not recognize him initially. Hope for a long working relationship with your company and feel that I have really found a winner!
